Because our custom made cake toppers are hand crafted to be unique, our artists work directly from the photographs you send us to personalize your details. The entire process from photograph to final mold takes from 2 to 3 weeks to complete and orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with tracking numbers. After shipping, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can follow the progress of your custom made cake toppers until you receive it.
All custom made cake toppers are packaged in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes with styrofoam protection, and shipped in protective packages. We guarantee that you will receive the custom made cake toppers you ordered without any damage from shipping or we will glady replace it.
